The Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Social Science offered by Iconic University is a 2-semester programme designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to become successful leaders and managers in the social science field. This 2-semester programme provides a comprehensive understanding of various management theories, concepts and practices, while also emphasizing on the application of social science principles in real-world scenarios. Through a combination of classroom lectures, practical exercises and industry projects, students will develop critical thinking, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

1. To provide students with a strong foundation in both management principles and various social science disciplines.
2. To enhance students’ critical thinking and analytical abilities through the application of management theories in social science contexts.
3. To develop students’ leadership and communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage teams and projects in the social science field.
4. To expose students to real-world challenges and provide them with the necessary tools and strategies to address them.
5. To equip students with the knowledge and skills to contribute towards social and economic development through ethical and responsible management practices.

To be admitted for the programme, candidate must have 5 O’Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GCE, or its equivalent that should include English and Mathematics;
i. Higher National Diploma (HND)
ii. Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate degree in any field.
iii. NYSC certificate (discharge, exemption or exclusion) for Nigerian candidates.

Iconic University charges modest fees that give learners the chance to pay per semester only. Nigerian candidates seeking admission will pay an application fee of N15,000 and $40 would be paid by international applicants.
