1. Compliance and Ethics Unit:
The Compliance and Ethics Unit is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure the university complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Led by a Chief Compliance Officer, this unit monitors and audits the university’s practices to identify and address any potential legal risks.

2. Contracts and Agreements Unit:
This unit is responsible for drafting and reviewing all contracts and agreements on behalf of the university. The team works closely with various departments to ensure adherence to university policies and legal guidelines. The unit is led by a Chief Contracts Officer, who is also responsible for negotiating and finalizing agreements with external parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights Unit:
Led by a Chief IP Counsel, this unit is responsible for safeguarding the university’s intellectual property rights. They handle the protection and management of patents, trademarks, and copyrights, as well as any related legal matters.

4. Litigation and Dispute Resolution Unit:
In the event of legal disputes, the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Unit provides legal representation for the university. This includes both internal disputes, such as HR grievances, and external litigation. The unit is led by a Chief Litigation Counsel, who oversees a team of attorneys and paralegals.
