The Diploma in Graphics Design at Iconic University is a comprehensive two semester course designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the field of graphic design. This programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical training to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of design principles, software applications, and industry trends. Through hands-on projects and assignments, students will develop a strong portfolio of work that showcases their creativity and technical skills.

1. Develop proficiency in design software: Students will learn how to use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create professional-quality designs.
2. Understand design principles and elements: The programme will cover fundamental design principles, such as color theory, typography, layout, and composition, to help students create visually appealing and effective designs.
3. Apply design techniques to different mediums: From print to digital, students will gain the ability to create designs for various mediums, including branding, packaging, advertising, and web design.
4. Foster creativity and critical thinking: Through design briefs and projects, students will be challenged to think outside the box and develop their creative problem-solving skills.
5. Build a strong portfolio: By completing a series of design projects, students will compile a portfolio of work that showcases their skills and talents, preparing them for future job opportunities in the field of graphic design.

For candidate to be admitted into this programme, he/she must have a minimum of three credit passes in any subjects of  SSCE/High School Certificate.

Iconic University charges modest fees that give learners the chance to pay per semester only. Nigerian candidates seeking admission will pay an application fee of N5,000 and $10 would be paid by international applicants.
